Mike Liston is the President of Five Cs Construction, bringing over two decades of experience in residential and multifamily construction. Before founding Five Cs, Mike played a pivotal role inlaunching the Phoenix division of Vollkommen Construction in 2019, following nearly 20 years with DR Horton, the largest homebuilder in the U.S. His transition from large-scale national operations to a focused, high-quality construction firm has positioned Five Cs as a leader in the Arizona market. A native of Arizona, Mike has cultivated strong relationships with subcontractors, built an extensive knowledge of local building practices,and established a reputation for integrity and excellence. Under his leadership, Mike has successfully delivered over 400 units annually for esteemed developers such as Fourplex Investment Group, Haven Capital Realty,Randall Fuller Group, and Greystar, consistently meeting budget and timeline expectations while exceeding client expectations.

Dan Harach serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner of Five Cs Construction, where he oversees key operational and financial functions of the company. Dan leverages his over 20 years of expertise in real estate investment, finance, and commercial banking. Throughout his career, Dan has held executive positions in credit at Western Alliance Bank, a top 20 U.S. banking institution, and Landmark Realty Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. As a real estate principal, he has been actively involved in the acquisition, entitlement, and development of single-family and multifamily properties. His strategic approach to capital management includes raising and managing discretionary real estate funds, structuring private placements, and repositioning assets to maximize investor returns. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and an MBA from Auburn University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), bringing a sophisticated financial perspective to Five Cs Construction.

Andy Nametz is the Chief Business Development Officer at Five Cs Construction, where he spearheads growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities. With a career spanning over two decades in real estate and development, Andy has deep expertise in mortgage banking, private equity, and commercial real estate investment. He has been instrumental in sourcing, structuring, and financing projects across single-family housing, build-to-rent communities, and commercial developments. Andy’s extensive experience includes entitlements, zoning, project planning, and fundraising, with a strong track record in placing venture capital for startups and growth-stage companies. His ability to navigate complex financial structures and identify lucrative development opportunities has positioned Five Cs as a preferred partner for developers and investors alike. Andy’s leadership continues to drive the company’s expansion while ensuring its commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term client success.

Brad Kile is the Vice President of Operations at Five Cs Construction, overseeing all aspects of construction management, purchasing, and operational strategy. With over 20 years of experience in homebuilding, Brad has held key leadership roles at DR Horton and Century Communities, where he managed large-scale residential developments and optimized construction efficiencies. At Five Cs, he is responsible for setting the company’s operational vision, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining strong trade partnerships. Brad leads efforts in value engineering to enhance cost-effectiveness, oversees purchasing strategies to secure the best materials and labor, and ensures that all projects meet or exceed performance benchmarks. His expertise in budgeting, contract negotiations, and supply chain management plays a crucial role in keeping Five Cs at the forefront of the industry. Brad’s leadership and dedication to operational excellence ensure that every project is delivered with precision, efficiency, and superior craftsmanship.
